Just to clarify I didn’t make the list. I do, however, approve of most of the songs on the list. P.M. Dawn being omitted is probably due to the fact that they were really a hip-hop act. So they would appear on the hip-hop/rap songs of the 90s not r&b.
For the top 100 R7B songs, I believe that your missing Tevin Cambpell.
Tevin Campbell is a symbol of 90s r&b music! i didn’t make the list, but thought it had a lot of good songs. However, it does miss a couple of songs and artistes.
