Flo Rida And T.I. Reign On Hot 100

Soulja Boy cracks the Top 10 for the first time since 2007.
February 26, 2009 10:21 AM ET
Ayala Ben-Yehuda, L.A.

Flo Rida and T.I. maintain their No. 1 and No. 2 positions on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, but the biggest splash on the chart comes courtesy of Soulja Boy. New single “Kiss Me Thru the Phone” featuring Sammie leaps from No. 17 to No. 9 on the chart, marking his first top 10 since the 2007 No. 1 hit, “Crank That (Soulja Boy).”

The Collipark/Interscope track is the week’s greatest digital gainer, with weekly downloads up 56% to 141,000. The track also benefited from an airplay audience spike of 31% on Hot 100 Airplay, where it jumps from No. 26 to No. 17.

The Billboard Hot 100’s biggest airplay gainer was “Dead and Gone,” T.I.’s collaboration with Justin Timberlake on Grand Hustle/Atlantic, which held the No. 2 spot. Topping the chart for a second week is “Right Round,” by Flo Rida featuring Ke$ha, on Poe Boy/Atlantic.

Kanye West’s “Heartless” inches up one spot to No. 3, while the All-American Rejects bump up from No. 6 to No. 4 with “Gives You Hell.” “Crack a Bottle,” by Eminem, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent, slips from No. 3 to No. 5, but Lady GaGa’s “Poker Face” climbs from No. 10 to No. 6.

Lady GaGa follows herself on the chart at No. 7 with “Just Dance” featuring Colby O’Donis, Taylor Swift’s “Love Story” slips one spot to No. 8 and Kelly Clarkson’s “My Life Would Suck Without You” drops two places to No. 10.

New to the Hot 100 this week is “Break My Heart,” by the cast of Nickelodeon’s original movie “Spectacular,” which debuts at No. 95. The soundtrack from the movie was released by Columbia Feb. 3.

Also new this week are “Never Ever,” by Ciara featuring Young Jeezy, which breaks in at No. 96; Rodney Atkins’ “It’s America,” in at No. 98; and “Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny),” the Pussycat Dolls’ re-mix of A.R. Rahman’s Oscar-winning song from the movie “Slumdog Millionaire” at No. 100.

Re-entering the Hot 100 are the Jonas Brothers’ “Tonight,” at No. 89, in advance of the release of their soundtrack to the bands’ “3D Concert Experience,” and Britney Spears’ “If U Seek Amy” at No. 94.

Toby Keith collects his 18th No. 1 on Hot Country Songs, as “God Love Her” rises 2-1. The song extends his record for the most chart-topping tracks since 2000 with 15, ahead of Kenny Chesney’s 13 No. 1s.

Pearl Jam previews the March 24 re-issue of its 1991 debut album “Ten,” as the previously-unreleased “Brother” debuts on Modern Rock at No. 18. It is one of six new bonus tracks from the forthcoming revamp of “Ten.”

Wow! Flavor of Love 3 Girls: Seezinz, Sinceer, Bunz Prancer, Tik, Rayna & Myammee “Modeling” Half-Nude!

Wow! Flavor of Love 3 Girls: Seezinz, Sinceer, Bunz Prancer, Tik, Rayna & Myammee "Modeling" Half-Nude!I guess life is good for these females post Flavor of Love. After checking out their MySpace’s, I know for 100% sure that Candace Cabrerra will be a cast member as she is on many of the girls’ Top Friends. But, I also found that these ladies all are making money getting booked as models. I knew some of them did it, but all of them. Well I have tons of crazy pics, so you must click below because some are crazy.
